Delete your FireCursor account and data.

Use the in-app deletion control for immediate verified deletion, or start a deletion request here if you cannot access the app.

Fastest verified method

Open FireCursor for Android and sign in to the account you want removed.
Open Settings, then Account & referrals.
Choose Delete account and data, type DELETE, and confirm.
The app deletes the authenticated server account, local pairing, credentials, and queued Project Events.

If you cannot use the app

Use the deletion-request link on this page from the email address associated with your account. FireCursor will verify account ownership before deleting data; never send passwords, access tokens, pairing QR codes, or source code.

Data deleted

Account profile, entitlement, authentication credentials, activity history, extension leases, and authenticated download records.
Referral relationship and preview-list record associated with the account.
Local pairing credentials and queued Project Events when deletion is performed in the Android app.

Limited retention

If paid service is enabled later, legally required accounting, tax, fraud, chargeback, or payout records may be retained for the required period. Their FireCursor account identifiers are removed when the account is deleted. The current free preview has no payment ledger activity.
