Use the preview carefully and keep your own backups.

Preview access

The current Android APK and Cursor extension are preview software. A verified FireCursor account is required to use current releases. FireCursor may suspend an account, raise a minimum supported version, disable a preview channel, or require a production update for security, compatibility, abuse prevention, or service operations.

Referral preview

New accounts may be attributed once to a valid referring account. The intended paid-program rate is 20% of eligible net subscription payments for each paid month while the referral relationship and both accounts remain eligible.

No commission is earned, payable, or withdrawable during the free preview. Payment eligibility, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payout thresholds, prohibited self-referrals, fraud review, supported countries, and final program rules must be published before paid referrals begin.

Your responsibilities

• Keep pairing QR codes and tokens private.
• Use the LAN fallback only on networks you trust.
• Review agent requests and changes before relying on them.
• Maintain independent backups and version control for important work.
• Use FireCursor only with accounts, computers, workspaces, and networks you are authorized to control.

Third-party services

FireCursor depends on Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code or the Claude Agent SDK when selected, Cloudflare tunnel transport, Android, and platform extension APIs. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and availability.

No production warranty

The preview is provided as available for evaluation. FireCursor does not promise uninterrupted operation, data recovery, compatibility with every Cursor release, or a support response time. Do not use the preview as your only recovery mechanism.

Planned paid service

A three-day trial followed by a $4 monthly launch offer is planned, but it is not active. Paid terms, cancellation, restoration, failed-payment handling, and required policies must be completed before checkout is enabled.
