Control your computer’s agents from any browser
The web Command Center at firecursor.com/app/ is FireCursor’s control surface in a browser. Pair a computer once and any browser where you are signed in can launch agents on it, answer their questions, approve tools, and review changes, while the work itself keeps running on your computer.

Quick answer
The shortest useful version.
Sign in at firecursor.com/app/, start remote control on your computer, open its pairing link in the browser, confirm the computer name and secure address, and choose Pair this browser. From then on the browser reconnects by itself until you sign out or forget the computer.
Step by step
Do this with confidence.
- 01
Sign in on the web
Open firecursor.com/app/ and sign in with the same FireCursor account you use on Android. The Command Center stays locked until your account is verified.
- 02
Start remote control on the computer
In Cursor, run ‘FireCursor: Start Remote Control’; the Windows host starts it automatically. The computer has to stay awake and online while you control its agents.
- 03
Bring the pairing link to the browser
In Cursor, run ‘FireCursor: Open Web Command Center’, or choose ‘Open in browser’ in the Windows host. On older versions, copy the pairing link, or the address and token from the pairing panel, into ‘Pair a computer’.
- 04
Verify, then pair
Check that the computer name and secure address match what your computer shows, then choose ‘Pair this browser’. The pairing is saved only after the computer accepts a single-use check from your account.
- 05
Launch and supervise
Choose New agent, pick the project and runtime, and describe the task. Questions, approvals, plans, and file changes stream in live, and the same run stays in sync with Android.
How the browser reaches your computer
Your browser connects straight to the secure tunnel your computer opened. FireCursor’s servers deliver the page and issue a five-minute, single-use account check for each connection; they never relay your prompts, code, or agent output.
A pairing link keeps its token after the # in the address, a part browsers never send to any server, and the Command Center removes it from the address bar as soon as it is read.
What stays in this browser
- Paired computers are saved in this browser for your account only
- Signing out or choosing Forget removes them
- Browser alerts are optional and never include prompts, code, file paths, or pairing keys
- Anyone using this browser profile while you are signed in can control your paired computers
- If a pairing link leaks, use Reset pairing on the computer where available, then pair again
Reconnecting, and when Android fits better
The browser reconnects on its own after sleep, network changes, and short outages. If the computer restarts remote control on a temporary tunnel, its address changes, and the browser finds the new one by itself once the computer is back online. A managed tunnel keeps one stable address.
Android and the browser share the same live runs, so you can start in one and approve in the other. Android adds a same-network fallback, background notifications, a home-screen widget, and Cursor Cloud agents that keep running while your computer is off.
