FireCursor for Android + Cursor
Launch work, answer questions and approvals, steer live runs, and review every change without going back to your desk. FireCursor is a purpose-built Android control plane for Cursor—never a remote desktop.

Current Android 2.3.0 UI

Deep Cursor integration
FireCursor brings Cursor's most powerful customization surfaces to Android without flattening them into a generic settings screen.
Author guidance, build specialists, inspect automation, and control connected tools while the source of truth stays in your Cursor workspace.
Author project guidance and nested AGENTS.md files.
Create specialists, edit their front matter, and delegate runs.
Build reusable capabilities around a structured SKILL.md.
Audit which automation events run at project and user scope.
Inspect installed integrations and manage Cursor Agent marketplace indexes.
Control server state, authentication, and available tools.
Security and installation
FireCursor is a control plane, not a remote desktop. Local agents work in the workspace on your computer; Cursor Cloud Agents work in Cursor's cloud. In both paths, Android sends deliberate commands and receives structured results.
Local agent runs execute through the official cursor-agent CLI, VS Code APIs, and git in your own workspace. Cloud agents you launch run in Cursor's cloud under your Cursor account.
The internet path is a temporary Cloudflare quick tunnel protected by a random pairing token. The tunnel exists only while remote control is running.
The pairing token is stored on both paired endpoints. An optional Cursor API key stays in private, backup-disabled Android storage and is sent only to Cursor over HTTPS—never to the extension.
The token persists. On the same network, Android can reconnect directly, learn a rotated tunnel address, and remain paired for later remote use.
Each session records a git-tree snapshot, including untracked files, without changing your real git index. Undo takes another safety snapshot first.
Illustrated setup
Create your verified FireCursor account, install both signed artifacts, then scan the private QR shown inside Cursor. Pairing survives extension restarts, so this is normally a one-time setup for each phone and computer.
